It's come to my attention that there is issue with what I call "The Frank Incident" from just over a year ago.

Primarily for Michael, but just so there's no doubt or ambiguity . . .

I'm sorry for what happened.
I regret that it cost us our friendship.
If I could turn back the clock and change things, I would.
