this plant will totally blanket a healthy native system. It will choke off all other algae,
and endanger native species of plants and fish. PBS had a special on it a few weeks ago.
They showed a coral system that they watched for a few years and documented the rapid growth
of the caulerpa and demise of native species and fish. By the way native fish can't stomach
it since it produces a 'milk' that is not tolerated by most fish. There is a small snail/slug
that does eat it but it is slow...
