A new dive club named San Diego Underwater Explorers
(SDUE) had been formed to support Recreational and
Technical DIR diving in San Diego and the surrounding area.
SDUE will provide an open door attitude for those
interested in DIR Recreational and Technical diving: a
mentor program, continuing education, advice and
activities designed to advance personal learning
through experience.
SDUE will offer free DIR demos and seminars to non-members.
SDUE will be running a number of boat and beach
dives each month for members to practice DIR skills.
Many of the dives will be open to non-members.
SDUE will explore San Diego's waters for new and
challenging dive sites.
Our first meeting is scheduled for 7:00-9:00 PM,
Dec 11 at San Diego Oceans Foundation in Marina
Village adjacent to Mission Bay. Club meetings
are open to all interested parties.
