I agree with everything you have said regading the Dolphin. Bottom line you should not get any water in the system if its assyembled and tested properly. Though I have had some very small problems with some people getting a bit of water through the mouthpeice simply because they don't get a good "seal" with their lips.
In most cases I have been able to fix this by adjusting the weights on the hoses so that their jaw does not become fatigued tying to hold the mouthpiece in, but not all sometimes the mouthpiece is just to big.
