i read the above posts and just now realised that the F&G warden took the shot. Well, someone should teach that dude how to take a picture! As a juror, i would not be real inclined to take that photo as decent evidence against you all other things being factored out! However, i would likely as not, side with the F&G as a juror because it would be your word against theirs, and i do know how seemingly legal bugs can actually be short when properly measured. When ya stick that gauge on the rear of the carapace, if the front of the gauge makes the eyeballs go up and down when you push on it, the bug should go back under his rock!
