Not sure of the port sizes on the new regs, & I'd have to look up the IP pressures for the first stages.
Titanium is a nice non-corrosive material, but you may not exceed 40% O2 on the things or you run the risk of burning it up.
It's debatable if the extra cost is enough to outweigh its benefits. If you have a lot of $$ to get rid of, go for it.
You'll still be able to get them serviced here in the US but w/o warranty in most cases.
