I purchased a Pleican Nemo 8C dive light in August 2001. Last weekend, during my pre-leaving for diving gear check, I discovered the batteries had leaked and ruined my dive light. I do not blame them for this, in fact I blame the battery company and myself. But I called the warranty line and told them the batteries had leaked and runied the light. They told be to return it for a new light. Today, I just took a drive over to Torrance, handed them my old light (with return authorization number) and picked up a new light, total time 5 minutes. Now that is a company that understands customer service and takes their lifetime warranty seriously.

I have also had my dive partners comment on how bright my Pelican Nemo 8C was compared to their dive lights.
