Why not the commercial guys.They are rapeing that area.I worked on a longline boat in that area.They kill sharks for the fins.They strip mine the fish.They shoot any sea lion that comes near there catch and contribute nothing.Alot of the captains are members of societies to protect the habatat but thats not what they do when there out in the fishing grounds.They are ruthless and could care less about the future they want the money now so they can retire and get out.The only good thing I see is that it will keep the urchine divers out.Why do people that fish for fun and food allways pay for the commercial industries crap.
