Interesting. I guess there's "work" and then there's "perform" if you get my drift. I've not noticed a performance decrement from setting the IP at 120 even deep, but at that depth there's lots of helium in the mix. With a helmet I'd really be concerned about the compound effect of low performance and dead space causing CO2 buildup. Maybe I'm missing something. Argon of course is another matter. There the rate is constant and the slower the flow the better.
