If you could design your ultimate dive shop, the kinda place you would want to spend your hard earned money, what would you want? Good inventory? Knowledgable staff? Evening hours? Gas blending? All levels of instruction? On-site pool? Travel services? Selection of rental gear? "Demo" rental gear? Fair prices? An active dive club? Or, better prices at the neccesary expense of some of the above ideas?
These are just some ideas, but I'm very interested to know what you guys think. "Why do you ask?" you ask? My "Lotto dream" would be to open such a shop and while I guess I'd have to play to win, this is my own little version of Roller Coaster Tycoon.
