The valve that had a greater volume/mass/whatever you want to measure of gas pass through it is colder.

Of course, this would not happen in a regulator because no matter what the IP is, the same volume/mass/whatever of air would pass through the regulator since it's safe to assume that a diver's SAC rate doesn't change with the IP.

So, ridicule me if you must, but I don't see how this experiment proves anything.
