This is a clear case of harassment, IMHO. PADI didn't like what it saw and took the low road. SOme people think the language is defamatory. I think it's borderline, at best. PADI's complaint for the most part takes much of the language out of context.
I am surprised that an org. that markets so well could step in this kind of s&*^.
