Sure if you over tighten any strap it wil reduce any effective respiration. Why would you make a strap to tight to affect your breathing. If you use a quick release why does IANTD make you swim in full gear unbuckled. So in the unlikely event you can demonstrate control. I told you what equipment I use. So far not even Kendall has made me mad. You on the other hand are being a dumb ass asking me a bunch of stupid questions. So I will tell you take a strap off your equipmen and put it somwhere. Dont say you didnt ask for this
