As a minor point, Do you know who invited me (no, absolutely
insisted that I be there) and why? I was invited to the demo
to ask some specific dissenting questions, by MHK, because he
said that he couldn't answer them well. They were not answered
there either. While Mr. Jablonski gave an excellent discussion,
his discussion was long and tiring (3 hours). He had no idea
who I was, why I was there and he had no interest in my critical
questions. The events of that demo were all based on Mr. Kane's
mis-representation. Didn't think about that, did you.
Aside from that, Mr. Jablonski, especially by his answers on
steel tanks with wetsuits and his suggestions about using NITROX,
demonstrated that he had limited knowledge of California diving.
Was that supposed to enhance his credability?
Note that Terry May did finally give me some hints as to the
answer about deco calcs after the discussion, but he was the
only one. To this day, I still wonder what was so hard about
describing their deco calculation methods when it can be summed
up by saying 'depth averaging' with bottom timers.
