Thanks for the research, wading through 100 pages of documents, and the excellent summary.
However, aren't you aware that FACT has no basis replacing innuendo and hysteria on these forums? The reason should be obivous. You have spent considerable time and effort to make phone calls and document all this and that's simply time wasted when it's SO much quicker to simply make things up, jump to conclusions, repeat bad or erronious statements, or express knee-jerk reactions.
Much as I'm sure we all appreciate being confronted with logical information that has basis in verifiable facts, PLEASE don't make this a habit lest everyone else on the board be required to raise the standards of the basis of the details of their posts.
(The preceeding two paragraphs are said totally tongue-in-cheek, if not tongue-in-groove.)
Seriously, good work. And not meaning to get down on tec_diver too much, but there's no reason you (tec) couldn't have investigated this as well before you made your initial post. If you want to be taken seriously here (or anywhere else), posting as "fact" something that is blantantly untrue won't raise your level of credibility. Difference of opinion is one thing - difference of fact is quite another.
