Obviously nothing is guarenteed. Seachange Technology has tested this shark shield in South Africa. It worked 100% of the time,(so they say).
The did say however, that during a frenzy state, it may not work. They also stated it does not attract sharks. They used a similiar system in the Sydney Olympics. For more information on this product, find seachange on the internet.
