NOT diving IS safer. So to what point does one assume the risks of experiencing life?

If it was just ones' luck that they were going to die today, and they did not know this, would it be safer (better) to die at home alone or while diving solo?

Stuff happens. Until the risks of solo/buddy diving are quantified, and can understood by the divers themselves, then this topic will never be settled. It is just a bunch of personal opinions, or hot gas, on what is safer.

Until hard data is forthcoming, it is more rewarding go out and dive, buddy or not!
