i am a fisherman and diver and think that they should drop the limits. lings to 1 calicos to 5and so on . the impact would be awsome . fish would not be hampered as bad and the cattle boats should be limited also. i have seen the effects two boats can have at the islands . these two boats target cali's every day and when you have 10 guys and the limit is 10 @7 days do the math. i dont think they should close but drop the limits...................
