Hit the beach for an mid morning halibut dive in Malibu yeterday. Small 1-2 ft surf, slight chop on the surface. Dropped down in 30 ft, lots of life, Guitar fish, Calicos, Bared Perch, Crabs of all types and Mantis Shrimp. Also spotted numerous golf balls and a Frisbee (retrieved). Visibility was anywhere from 15-20ft BUT . . . the water temperature was 57 at 40ft, the same area last Sunday was 63. Al in all a nice dive.
