Ok, so I am over 40 and not slim. But then again I just passed another treadmill EKG and my doctor says I am still healthy.
I dive in a wetsuit. Am I lazy, you bet! I carry 2 tanks at time rather than two trips with one. I pack gear with a checklist handy to prevent extra work later. When I give a dive site briefing I use a checklist.
There is a calmness that comes with years of diving. There is a perspective that comes with maturity. Give me an older instructor for Open Water calsses any day.
