Many years ago while I was in my Rescue class on the rocks at Malaga Cove. My Instructor then (his name withheld) was standing on the rocks with his back to the ocean and a full class including spouses and family members. He was warring an old, somewhat grew by now, farmer john wet suit. After about an hour of lecture my daughter (6 years old at the time) asked my wife what was wrong with my instructor’s wet suit. My wife did not know how to reply, she collected out daughter and took a walk, as did several other spouses. My instructor felt it completely natural to relieve himself in his wetsuit (initially a dry wetsuit I might add) while teaching a class. This was before we ever got wet. He was a very good instructor, but lacking in the interpersonal skills.
As for the best…. Simple. Back Side of Miguel in the Winter.
