Chuck, I am glad to see you posted the actual Coast Guard's reports. But it is still clear you have a majopr hard-on for them. This is evidenced by your subsequent poting about their "spam" which evidences your motive behind libeling them.
If one actually reads the reports, not only are the majority of the items ticky-tack,( install missing nut on exhaust manifold on port engine, install second hose clamp on hose connections, etc.) but it also appears around the time I believe they were converting the boat over to a dive boat.
Let's close the issue from partisanship
