When you commented that you have used fish that were in the deep freeze for *three years* it dawned on me that if you are doing that then these big commercial companies may be doing the same on a much grander scale. So the big question I am getting to is. How much could we increase the overall fish population by not deep freezing as much as we probably do locally and worldwide? 1000% or more, 100%, 50%, 10% or not at all?
