Kendall, Well argued. I here where you and tribes are coming from. The facts surrounding the Douglas case are indeed shocking to me. Still the blame "in my opinion" can only be placed on the individual. The community did not fail here. I have lost a family member. It was not pleasant. She was not looking and was leveled by a motorist. It was easy to blame the motorist. Listen you can regulate all you want. People make mistakes. The best we can do is simply learn from them and of coarse try to be proactive.
