Thanks for the nice words to a dear friend of mine. The biggest loss is to those that never knew him. It is rare to find someone that you really couldn't say anything bad about, other than his snoring on the boats. He was always up, happy, smile on his face and a positive sense of humor. He wasn't a hunter nor photographer, but for almost 30 years he enjoyed 'just looking'. And, searching for the ever elusive old anchor. It will be hard to see an anchor underwater, or any piece of rusty junk, without thinking of Norm Hopkins.
