Enlighten us then. How long have you been diving and how many dives have you done in California? Now tell us which boats you go on that always have tanks. I know there is a couple. But if you are so experience then its hard to believe you have done all this diving and only been on one or two boats. You are just an idiot and this issue is 100% you fault.
