Yes, returning your calls was bad, but the Bottom Scratcher is the only boat I know of that will supply tanks. All the other boats - Pac Star, Cee Ray, Great Escape, Mr. C -- require you to have your own tanks.

But I am sure that a diver with such experience would already know this, right?
