Tim I am with you on this one. I understand that accidents happen and people leave things behind. I think the boat should have been a little more tactful in handling this situation. I would have asked them at their convenience could they mail the parka back to you. Some people live far away from the boats and cannot take a day off to retrieve their property. Someone from the boat could have grabbed the parka the next time they were on the boat and mailed it to you. After all customer service is what keeps people coming back.
