What everone has missed is I was willing to come down to the boat Wed any time to retrive the parka. I had asked to meet someone there at any time and was told they did not know if any one would be on the boat. By the way I have been a charter skipper and boat owner, having run boats since the early 60,s so I do know a little about service and there was non extended her.
