Let's say a Cee-Ray crew member would've taken the time to package up the parka, drive it to the post office, filled out paperwork, and stood in line to mail it back to the customer. Would the customer have gotten on this BBS to commend the Cee-Ray crew on their exceptional customer service in returning the parka? Food for thought.
