That will tell you the buoyancy in fresh water.
It will be more positive in salt water (probably
just under a pound). Take the weight (in air)
of the tank, valve, and the air in it (i.e., just
put the thing on a scale) and multiply by .0256.
That will give you the change when you go to salt
water.

BTW, there are now some slick little digital
fish scales, but mine is an old spring scale.
