Not censored but possibly have it assimilated in the OW carriculum as with so many topics which are not.
If someone decides they wish to dive without a BCD based on there experience and skill that is acceptable. Then to tell others it is better to dive this way for this and this reason is a problem, because it is not an accepted standard. There are a lot of other specific areas where this comes up. If you think that is censorship ok.
