What is the ascent rate when training ESA's?
I was taught to swim up following the smallest bubbies while exhaling. I was also trained to buddy breathe while doing ESA's. Swim to buddy, tap reg twice with the two fingers usually index and middle finger then signal reg exchange. How do you do that now?
