I have got to try that. The main request I have gotten this season has been for bisque.
As for your critique of my concoction, it sounds quite valid, but it's still pretty tasty. I have gotten no complaints... Then again that may have something to do with how much lobster I put in it.
That seafood chippino you speak of sounds enlightening. Could it be made with a cajun spice?
I'm not the master of the BBQ bug. Curt Billings cooked the best BBQ bug I've had. He split the tail and put a 'breading' (I don't know what the
concoction was) on the tail to prevent drying. I think it would satisfy most anyones standards.
Did you notice the recipe for Deckhands Bug?
