DFG has nothing better to do than try to catch someone diving 10 minutes or 1 hour early for bugs. Why don't they enforce the more importan laws. Like the Commerical poachers, the trappers that are selling the dozen rattlers (shorts) for a hunderd dollars. The reason is sports divers bug tickets are the big bucks, and a charter boat is the mother load.
