BTW, as long as i'm being hysterical, i may as well ask a question. If SBI were actually protected to the extent you say it will be, do you really think no one would go out there? I am willing to bet just the opposite will happen. If SBI and surrounding waters were a total no-take zone, in 10 years it would be the gem of the entire West coast and a world class diving destination.
