You still don't get the point. Almost all of what you are relating is flawed science at best and the net result is that you and I are now severely restricted in anchoring and diving at SBI and Anacapa and the commercial bait boats you apparently loathe so much need only to move outside the one mile limit to continue on as they have in the past.
Your type of hysterical approach to conservation leaves all of us worse off in a multitude of ways. When all is said and done at SBI, no anchoring will be allowed at night without a permit and the permit process will probably never be finished. The last is from F&G directly.
So your children will probably never see the island as it will become so restrictive and expensive to travel there by boat no operators will be willing to go.
