Your essay on breathing was very interesting indeed. I do believe in the mind-body connection. Like practice, or rote memory, if you make the connections, you can better govern the activity. Thank you for posting the links.
I have a trusty old MX10. Mine is w/out the embossed nut on the bottom, or i would fab a poly handle w/ sst trigger. I have the wide lense, but not the close up. (the day i take a picture of a nudi, is the day i take up scuba!)
