Ken, you are absolutely correct in your assumptions concerning the standard of judgement. Any incident of consequence WILL be judged in the courtroom and by people who most likely do not dive. If you conduct your operation in a mannor that bears cross examination, then you are acting responsibly. The world would be better off if everyone applied that standard to their business practices. I compliment you for having the good sense and conviction to have such a policy.
