Hello, the amount of flow on a non-rebreather mask is just enough to keep the bag inflated during inspiration. Usually 8-12 Lpm. If you decide to switch to a simple O2 mask remember to run it at least 6 Lpm or you will accumulate exhaled CO2 in the mask. Hope this helps....
