I saw one at Italian Gardens, Catalina back on May 24. The dive started around 11:00 and we were at about 45 feet. I was looking up towards the surface and saw if swimming at us about 5 to 10 ft below the surface. It swam towards us until it was about 25 feet away and made a sharp left turn and departed. It was cool!
