Oh good grief. I think it is called huma nature.
We do not really want to kill our selves. We seem to have trouble staying focused.
Life support equipment needs to be turned on before it can function. So basic yet we actually forget to do it.
This is why even a checklist done mentally before entering the water is a good idea.
