I am not trying to side with Sport Chalet on the short fills or the charging for topping off. But I have taken 90% of business to the Sport Chalet in Porter Ranch, since I started diving about three years ago. I have had about 150 air fills, and have never recieved a short fill. Sometimes I would bring in 8 tanks to be filled at once, and still get them filled in a timely matter with the proper psi. This store answered many of the questions I had when I was getting certified, when other dive shops didn't want anything to do with me until I signed up for their class. I have found their service to be prompt and friendly, everytime I have steped foot in the store. Not all Sport Chalets are bad, and I wouldn't have a problem recommending this store to anyone!
