Had a bad experience at sport chalet the new manager john in Huntington beach would not fill tanks over 3500 psi on my tank I understand that. But I came back two days later to get them toped off when they cooled down he wanted to charge me again. I never got charged for a top off before. He said I am the new manager and we have to make money. I said you are like all the people say and he said I guess I am. He made me very mad I don’t think that’s how you make money. I don’t want to get tanks filled there any more. Plus he does not put them in water like all the other stores do. It seems like sport chalet is going down hill Every time they change management. I get my tanks filled every week there looks like they don’t take care of the locals. That’s not a way to do business by chasing away customers.
