This San Francisco Chronicle article says that Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger appointed Mike Chrisman, a Central Valley rancher and member of the state Fish and Game Commission to the Director of Fish & Game.
The article states that Chrisman opposed the creation of the Channel Island MLPAs.
