Doesn't the use of explosives result in indiscriminate damaging of marine life? How do they know what is around when they set off the explosives? Kinda like gill nets - what ever is around gets hurt. I'm surprised that this is a lawful method of discouraging seals from eating the fishermen's catch. Thank the heavens that the divers were okay.
