ok.... first off, I here he was a rescue diver, well, then he would know whats going on, now, from what ive read and read an read, it sill bugs me, howcome, if he is experienced as much as he is, did he drown, visibility that day was 25 feet, he went down and his buddy was up on the surface, he dove down 20 feet, his buddy claims he couldnt see him. Then, why didnt he drop his weights, he would pop up like a cork. why was he out there with no fins. And even if his BCD didnt fill, he has a regulator, his buddy isnt going to be up top for 45 min.- a half hour looking for him, he wouldve dove down, and since he had air, of coarse, he would have time to think, and take off his weights. Plus... if your swimming out to dive.... you do need your BCD at least half full, when he was in the surf, standing up, getting ready,he had to of filled it while standing. How did he get out so far without noticing. Theres something missing to this story, really big. But all this, just doesnt sound right at all.
