Sun. am beach dive.

Hello need suggestions please. Given the current weather were would you dive on a Sun. the 14th 4am ish ? Current plans are Deer Creek or Leo Carillo as a secondary spot. Objectives are: Main; recreation, secondary; sort out bouyancy with my new BCD, C;bug hunting.
If there's anyone who can tell me were to go given current surf, rain and wind conditions I'd appreciate it.
And anyone who can teach me what to look for (surf report, wind direction, beach location,etc.)
Would be invaluable.
