If you dove the Met fields, you'd know it. Lots
of Mets on the rocks. (More at Ball Buster, but
that's an advanced boat dive).

The Met fields start at a point that is the
extension of Reeside St. (the street with the
whale mural) in about 60 feet. Drop there, swim
NW.

There are no places in Monterey with lots of rockfish
except Pt. Lobos, which is a no take zone.

Lots of Pt. Lobos info at http://pt-lobos.parks.state.ca.us/scuba/.
Reservations are a MUST on the weekend.
