That is where mine falls down: the lining of the sleeves gets pushed out the hand holes when it is put on over a damp wetsuit. And removing it does the same thing in reverse. I think that if I put it in a sewing machine and ran a longitudinal seam down the arms to prevent the liner from slipping, it would be good. My oldest daughter has an identical (other thanthe size) parka and she has the same issue with hers.
But it is warm and has big pockets. So it is just a minor annoyance. I have had this one for 4 or 5 years. I expect that they could have fixed this design flaw by now. And yes, it did this from day one.
